Chronic myeloid leukemia (CML) is a myeloproliferative disorder characterized by dysregulated production of granulocytic cell line without the loss of their capacity to differentiate. To our knowledge, there is no described association of DFSP with CML in literature. The authors have encountered a first case of DFSP coexisting with chronic myeloid leukemia. ER -
